ISLAMABAD: Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood, turning 95 this year, shared his thoughts on the current state of filmmaking and his personal philosophy for staying relevant in the industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In an interview with Austrian newspaper Kurier<\/em>, Eastwood expressed a longing for the days when original ideas ruled the movie world and urged filmmakers to focus on creativity rather than sequels and franchises.<\/p>\n

Eastwood lamented the dominance of remakes and franchise films, contrasting it with the era when screenwriters created masterpieces like Casablanca<\/em> in small studios, driven by fresh ideas.<\/p>\n
