ISLAMABAD:Barrister Gohar Ali, Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), declared that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Assembly will be dissolved if the PTI founder issues such an order.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Speaking outside the Judicial Complex, Barrister Gohar expressed disappointment in the courts but remained hopeful that justice will eventually prevail for the PTI founder.<\/p>\n

He revealed that over 300 cases have been filed against the PTI founder, who had already appeared in court 350 times before imprisonment.<\/p>\n

Within five days of detention, the PTI founder received three sentences totaling 45 years, while his wife has also been sentenced.<\/p>\n

Barrister Gohar claimed the authorities are violating rules by denying him books and meetings, accusing them of political persecution that ultimately failed.<\/p>\n

KP Assembly and Political Stand<\/h4>\n

The KP budget remains unpassed, with a few days left for approval.<\/p>\n

Barrister Gohar emphasized that the assembly belongs to the PTI founder and that his directives will be followed, including the potential dissolution of the assembly.<\/p>\n

He stated, \u201cThis vote is not ours; it belongs to the PTI founder. If it weren\u2019t for him, even my own family wouldn\u2019t have voted for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

This highlights the strong influence the PTI founder still holds over the party and provincial governance.<\/p>\n

PTI Criticism of Government and Judiciary<\/h4>\n

PTI leader Zartaj Gul also spoke at the Judicial Complex, condemning the government\u2019s actions during the November 26 protests where citizens demanding rights were allegedly fired upon.<\/p>\n

She criticized the ongoing trials of PTI workers in anti-terrorism courts and urged that the cases should target the ruling PDM government instead.<\/p>\n

Zartaj Gul pointed out delays in the \u00a3190 million case and labeled the Chief Minister of Punjab a \u201cTikToker,\u201d accusing the Punjab government of causing a financial loss of one trillion rupees.<\/p>\n
