ISLAMABAD: Internal discord within Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has become increasingly visible in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with party sources confirming widening cracks among senior leadership.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These tensions have begun to weaken the organisational framework, and party workers are now openly expressing concerns over the direction and strategy of the party.<\/p>\n

According to insiders, key leaders have opted to remain silent publicly to avoid further escalation resulting from contradictory statements.<\/p>\n

The disagreements, especially over matters like the provincial budget, are said to have severely tarnished PTI\u2019s image and internal cohesion.<\/p>\n

Communication Breakdown and Social Media Distortion<\/strong><\/p>\n

Party members report that statements by various leaders are being misrepresented or distorted on social media platforms.<\/p>\n

This miscommunication has added to internal mistrust, prompting several leaders to boycott important parliamentary and consultative sessions.<\/p>\n

Sources say that internal consultations now lack inclusivity and clarity, pushing more members toward disengagement.<\/p>\n

PTI’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President, Junaid Akbar, voiced serious concerns over the party\u2019s current decision-making structure.<\/p>\n

He stated that access to PTI\u2019s founding leader is restricted to a small circle, leaving most leadership out of key policy decisions.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t even know who is issuing instructions on critical matters,\u201d Akbar said.
He added that participation in committee meetings is meaningless under such exclusionary conditions.<\/p>\n

Risk of Further Fragmentation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Akbar confirmed that the decision to skip the latest political committee meeting was a direct response to the leadership’s non-inclusive approach.<\/p>\n

He warned that continued sidelining of senior figures would eventually cause irreparable damage to the party\u2019s organisation in the province.<\/p>\n

Sources close to the matter also suggest that more prominent PTI figures are preparing to publicly share their reservations.<\/p>\n
