ISLAMABAD: The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) has successfully placed over 100 Pakistani graduates in Saudi Arabia’s construction and hospitality sectors.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This achievement is part of the Tabeer\u2013International Placement program, a key initiative under the Chief Minister\u2019s Skilled Punjab Program.<\/span><\/p>\n

The program offers a comprehensive one-window solution, managing every step from skills development to job placement and visa processing.<\/span><\/p>\n

By collaborating closely with Saudi employers, PSDF ensures that training aligns with industry demands, providing candidates with internationally recognized certifications and confirmed job offers before departure.<\/span><\/p>\n

Empowering Youth through Skill Development<\/strong><\/p>\n

PSDF’s approach begins with identifying specific skill requirements in the target sectors.<\/span> Candidates undergo rigorous training, including technical and soft skills, tailored to meet employer expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Post-training assessments are conducted jointly by PSDF and Saudi employers to ensure candidates meet the necessary standards.<\/span> Successful candidates receive job offers, visa assistance, and travel support, facilitating a seamless transition to employment abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n

Expanding Global Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Building on the success of the initial placements, PSDF plans to expand the Tabeer program to other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and additional sectors such as healthcare and retail.<\/span><\/p>\n

T<\/span>his expansion aims to increase the number of placements and strengthen Pakistan’s position in the global talent marketplace.<\/span><\/p>\n
