The Prime Minister reiterated the government\u2019s resolve to build on this momentum and achieve further progress.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1053\">\u201cThe enhancement in our credit rating showcases the hard work and commitment of our economic experts,\u201d Shehbaz Sharif remarked. \u201cOur government remains focused on strengthening the economy and delivering tangible benefits to the people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1343\">According to Reuters, Moody\u2019s cited Pakistan\u2019s strengthened external financial position as a major factor behind the upgrade. The agency also retained a <strong data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1226\">stable outlook<\/strong> on the country\u2019s creditworthiness, signaling confidence that the economy is on a more secure footing moving forward.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1368\"><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1652\">Moody\u2019s had kept Pakistan\u2019s credit rating at <strong data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1422\">Caa3<\/strong> in the aftermath of the February 2024 general elections due to political uncertainties.
