His comments came in the context of the high-profile <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"710\">\u00a3190 million mega corruption case<\/strong>, in which the founder of PTI was sentenced to <strong data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"779\">14 years in prison<\/strong>, based on substantial evidence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"1019\">Tarar emphasized that during the trial, the accused failed to justify why <strong data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"917\">billions worth of property<\/strong> were transferred to a real estate tycoon, and the court found the evidence sufficient to prove guilt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1224\">Highlighting a key legal distinction, he stressed: \u201cThere is a clear difference between bail and acquittal under the law.
