The <strong data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"689\">partial eclipse phase<\/strong> will commence at <strong data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"718\">9:27 PM<\/strong>, followed by the <strong data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"753\">total eclipse<\/strong>, which will begin at <strong data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"787\">10:31 PM<\/strong>.
