She highlighted that the wisdom and experience of senior citizens are no less than a <strong data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"740\">treasure<\/strong> for society.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"957\">She further stated that it is the <strong data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"818\">collective responsibility<\/strong> of society to protect the rights of senior citizens, and that <strong data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"931\">ensuring ease in their lives is a top priority<\/strong> of the Punjab government.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1139\">The Chief Minister noted that the government is <strong data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1034\">improving old age homes<\/strong> across Punjab, and proudly shared that some residents have even had the opportunity to <strong data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1138\">perform Hajj<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1457\">She also made an appeal to the youth, urging them to <strong data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1228\">respect and serve their elders<\/strong>, and to make this service a <strong data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1278\">guiding principle<\/strong> of their lives.
