Bajaur : In a decisive operation against Khawarij elements, security forces have successfully dismantled a network of militant hideouts and tunnels in the Shahi Tangi forest, sources confirmed on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Acting on precise intelligence, security forces targeted a cave believed to be used by the militants. During the operation, a heavy exchange of gunfire ensued, resulting in the death of one Khawarij militant. Several others sustained injuries but managed to escape the scene.<\/p>\n

Following the engagement, the troops conducted a comprehensive clearance operation of the tunnels and surrounding forest areas. In addition, the security forces recovered a significant cache of weapons, explosive devices, and communication equipment that the militants had been using.<\/p>\n
