During the event, Maryam Nawaz personally distributed car keys to selected women beneficiaries and interacted with them about the initiative.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"1209\">Under the scheme, women drivers will receive <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"864\">60% of the vehicle\u2019s down payment<\/strong>, while men will receive <strong data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"896\">50%<\/strong>, with the government covering <strong data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"981\">registration, fitness certification, and token tax<\/strong>. Beneficiaries can pay the remaining amount in <strong data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1064\">flexible five-year installments<\/strong>. The chief minister highlighted that participants could earn <strong data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1185\">monthly incomes ranging between Rs150,000 and Rs200,000<\/strong> through this program.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1531\">Maryam Nawaz also addressed economic relief measures, noting that she monitors daily essential commodity prices herself. She said that prices of flour, onions, and potatoes have <strong data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1415\">declined significantly<\/strong> in Punjab and that efforts are being made to make fruits such as bananas and apples more affordable for citizens.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1683\">Emphasizing governance reforms, she instructed ministers to spend more time in the field rather than offices to <strong data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1680\">directly assess public concerns<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"2121\">Looking forward, the chief minister announced several upcoming projects for Punjab\u2019s transport sector, including the <strong data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1838\">province\u2019s first trackless train<\/strong>, the introduction of modern green buses in every tehsil, and ongoing <strong data-start=\"1908\" data-end=\"1959\">metro bus projects in Faisalabad and Gujranwala<\/strong>.
