Tehran (Web Desk\/Agencies):<\/strong> Iran\u2019s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps<\/span><\/span><\/strong> announced on Saturday that it had launched an initial round of missile and drone strikes targeting Israel<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, warning that all United States<\/span><\/span><\/strong> military facilities and assets in the region are within Tehran\u2019s reach, according to an Iranian official speaking to international media.<\/p>\n

Explosions were reported across several Gulf countries, including Kuwait<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, the United Arab Emirates<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, Bahrain<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, and Qatar<\/span><\/span><\/strong>. Bahrain confirmed that one missile struck the US Fifth Fleet service center, producing thick smoke visible along the coast and triggering alarms.<\/p>\n

In Abu Dhabi, residents reported multiple blasts in areas including the Corniche, Al Dhafra, and Bateen districts. Witnesses described rapid detonations that shook windows, with authorities confirming one fatality caused by falling debris. In Qatar, officials stated that incoming missiles were intercepted by Patriot defense systems protecting the Al-Udeid Air Base<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, the region\u2019s largest US military base.<\/p>\n

In Israel<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, air raid sirens sounded over Jerusalem<\/span><\/span><\/strong> following earlier US-Israeli strikes on Iranian territory. Israeli forces reported detecting missiles fired from Iran, with explosions also noted near Kharg Island<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, a vital passage for nearly 90% of Iran\u2019s oil exports through the Strait of Hormuz.<\/p>\n

Iranian state media reported blasts in cities including Isfahan<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, Qom<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, Karaj<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, Kermanshah<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, and Tabriz<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, with officials indicating that key government targets were struck in the initial wave.<\/p>\n
