The assault included ballistic missiles, drones, and cruise missiles, according to the UAE Ministry of Defense.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"776\">In a press statement, a Ministry spokesperson revealed that Iran launched <strong data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"624\">174 ballistic missiles<\/strong>, of which <strong data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"667\">161 were intercepted mid-air<\/strong> by UAE defense forces. The remaining 13 missiles fell into the sea, causing no significant harm or damage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"1007\">The offensive also involved <strong data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"820\">689 drones<\/strong>, out of which <strong data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"857\">645 were shot down<\/strong> before reaching their targets. Furthermore, <strong data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"923\">8 cruise missiles<\/strong> were destroyed while airborne, ensuring that populated areas remained unaffected.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1262\">Although the interceptions prevented direct hits, falling debris led to <strong data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1109\">3 deaths and 68 injuries<\/strong>, with minor damage reported to some residential and civilian structures. Officials confirmed that <strong data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1259\">no missile or drone landed directly on UAE soil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1534\">The Ministry of Defense reaffirmed that the UAE\u2019s territorial integrity and national security will not be compromised.
