Key Points of the New Rules:

A new B-Form (with photo and biometric data) is mandatory for all children.

For children under 3 years of age, the old method is still applicable.

For children above 3 years, a new B-Form is required.

Children above 10 years will undergo complete biometric registration.

Additionally, NADRA has clarified that the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) now holds legal status, and women can choose to have either their father’s or husband’s name recorded on official documents.
