Tajik Singing Sensation Abdu Rozak Freed on Bail After Dubai Airport Detention

Dubai: Abdu Rozak, the famed Tajik singer known for his distinctive stature and social media presence, was briefly held at Dubai International Airport following his arrival from Montenegro. After undergoing questioning, he was granted conditional bail and released.

Although the details behind his temporary detention remain undisclosed, Rozak’s team clarified that he was not formally arrested but stopped for routine inquiries.

Post-release, Rozak was spotted at the India International Influencer Awards in Dubai, sharing highlights from the event on his Instagram.

At 21 years old and only 100 cm tall, Rozak holds the distinction of being the world’s shortest professional singer. His rise to fame includes viral music videos and reality TV appearances, including the popular show Bigg Boss.

Based in Dubai, Rozak enjoys the privileges of a UAE Golden Visa but is currently subject to travel restrictions preventing him from leaving the country.

In addition to his music career, Rozak has expanded his ventures to include boxing and entrepreneurship, launching a UK-based restaurant named ‘Habibi’ in 2024. That year, he also underwent questioning related to a legal case in India but faced no charges.
