Turbat: Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir undertook a strategic visit to Turbat, a key district in Balochistan, where he reviewed ongoing security operations, development activities, and public welfare initiatives aimed at enhancing regional stability.
As per the official statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Field Marshal was given a comprehensive briefing on the operational achievements against elements involved in destabilizing activities — specifically those linked to “Fitna-e-Hindustan”. The briefing highlighted the progress made in restoring peace and countering cross-border threats.
He emphasized that Balochistan’s future lies in harmony between civil institutions and the armed forces, urging both sides to work in tandem for the well-being of the province’s people. He reaffirmed that the Pakistan Army remains deeply committed to supporting the province’s progress as a matter of national importance.
Later, the Field Marshal addressed troops stationed in the region, applauding their resilience, dedication, and operational excellence. He acknowledged the critical role of the armed forces in creating a secure environment and assured continued institutional support for their mission in Balochistan.
