London : Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in London following his participation in the United States’ “Board of Peace” meeting. His official plane landed at Luton Airport, after which he proceeded to his residence in the city.
The visit underscores Pakistan’s efforts to strengthen its international profile and diplomatic outreach. Accompanying the prime minister are Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Federal Minister for Information Atta Tarar, reflecting the high-level nature of the delegation.
Atta Tarar emphasized that the diplomatic tour has been instrumental in ending Pakistan’s global isolation, boosting the country’s visibility, and gaining recognition on strategic, economic, and peace-related platforms.
During the two-day stay, officials are expected to hold discussions on bilateral relations, economic cooperation, and Pakistan’s role in regional stability. The prime minister is scheduled to return to Pakistan on Monday. Observers note that the presence of senior officials highlights the trip’s importance for both diplomatic signaling and policy coordination.
