Pakistan armed forces stood firm during Marka-e-Haq, responded to Indian aggression

Islamabad : Pakistan’s Armed Forces, regarded as the custodians of the country’s frontiers, stood firmly like a defensive wall during Marka-e-Haq, responding strongly to enemy aggression.

Following what officials described as Indian aggression carried out under the pretext of the Pahalgam false flag incident last year, Pakistan’s military issued multiple warnings to the opposing side. However, despite repeated cautionary messages from the armed forces, India continued what was termed as provocative actions driven by war-like rhetoric.

On this day last year, Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry stated that India had launched an unprovoked attack on Pakistan, targeting civilian areas based on unverified allegations.

He reiterated that Pakistan was responding in a measured and proportionate manner, while warning that any further hostile step would be met with a firm and decisive response at a time and place of Pakistan’s choosing.

The Pakistan Air Force also reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to safeguarding national sovereignty and ensuring the security of the country’s airspace under all circumstances.

International observers noted that during Marka-e-Haq, Pakistan’s armed forces demonstrated strong resolve and unity, clearly conveying the national stance throughout the crisis.

From the initial phase of the situation to the conclusion of Marka-e-Haq, Pakistan consistently highlighted what it described as unprovoked hostility while keeping the global community informed about developments on the ground.
