Mumbai: According to foreign news agencies, an attempt was made to shoot at the residence of famous Indian actress Disha Patani’s father in Bareilly district, Uttar Pradesh. Fortunately, he was unharmed in the attack.
The Goldy Brar group has taken responsibility for the shooting, stating on social media that the attack was in retaliation for a disrespectful statement made by Disha Patani’s sister, Khushboo Patani, about their spiritual leaders.
The group also issued a warning, threatening severe consequences if similar actions occur in the future.
As of now, neither Disha Patani nor her sister has made any public comment regarding the incident. However, Khushboo Patani clarified that her words were taken out of context.
