PM Shehbaz Sharif Felicitates Nation on Eidul Azha

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif extended heartfelt Eidul Azha greetings to the Pakistani nation and the entire Islamic world.

He urged everyone to remember those suffering in Palestine and Kashmir during this blessed occasion.
In his Eid message for 1446 Hijri, the Prime Minister recalled the faith, sacrifice, and devotion of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) and Hazrat Ismail (AS).

He said Allah Almighty honored their acts of worship and prayed for the acceptance of prayers and sacrifices of the Pakistani people and the Muslim Ummah.

The PM emphasized that Eidul Azha teaches a lesson beyond animal sacrifice—highlighting the importance of self-sacrifice, patience, courage, and altruism for the greater good.

Spirit of Sacrifice for National Progress

Shehbaz Sharif highlighted that Pakistan is on the path of progress and needs to embrace unity and sacrifice to overcome challenges.

He praised the nation’s solidarity during recent Indian attacks, stating that Pakistanis are always ready to defend their country’s dignity at any cost.

The Prime Minister stressed the importance of collective welfare over individual interests, calling on citizens to fulfill their economic and social responsibilities to build a strong and prosperous Pakistan.

He said the Eid message inspires everyone to prioritize national interest and work together for Pakistan’s success on the global stage.

Solidarity with Palestine and Kashmir

The Prime Minister expressed deep sympathy for Palestinians enduring cruelty and starvation and reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering support for the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir in their struggle for self-determination.

He pledged that Pakistan will always be their voice on the international stage.

Concluding his message, Shehbaz Sharif prayed for blessings, true happiness, and strength to live by the spirit of sacrifice and selflessness embodied in Eidul Azha.
