Islamabad : Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his appreciation for the contributions of overseas Pakistanis as remittances to the country surged to $3.4 billion in October, marking an 11.9 percent increase.
In a statement, the prime minister highlighted that the consistent growth in remittances reflected the strong confidence of Pakistanis abroad in the government’s economic policies.
“Overseas Pakistanis are invaluable assets to the nation, as they continue to support the country by sending their hard-earned money,” PM Shehbaz said.
