ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has categorically rejected all recent allegations suggesting it supplied ballistic missiles to Iran amidst escalating tensions in the Middle East.
Officials described the reports as baseless and part of a deliberate propaganda campaign designed to damage Pakistan’s international image.
These claims circulated across social and international media platforms, particularly in the context of the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel.
The government of Pakistan has emphasized that the country remains neutral and is committed to promoting peace and stability in the region.
Security and diplomatic sources firmly denied any military cooperation with Iran in the current situation.
They called the allegations “frivolous” and “fabricated,” stressing that Pakistan has not supplied any non-nuclear ballistic missiles to any party.
Propaganda Campaign Blamed on Foreign Outlets
According to senior security officials in Islamabad, the misinformation appears to originate from foreign and Indian media networks and their affiliates.
They believe these outlets are deliberately spreading false narratives to implicate Pakistan in a conflict where it has no involvement.
Some of these reports even included fake statements falsely attributed to Pakistan, including one about a supposed nuclear threat toward Israel.
Officials warned the public and international community not to fall for such disinformation campaigns.
They reiterated that these claims are entirely made up and are part of a larger effort to drag Pakistan into “manufactured controversies.”
Pakistan Stands Firm on Neutrality and Peace
Pakistan’s official stance remains unchanged—it supports de-escalation and peaceful resolutions to all regional conflicts.
Government representatives made it clear that Pakistan will not be drawn into any military alignment in the Middle East.
They urged media platforms and the global community to verify facts before accepting or amplifying such misleading stories.
In the face of rising regional tensions, Islamabad continues to advocate for dialogue, diplomacy, and regional cooperation.
The country remains focused on its internal security and sovereignty, rejecting all external pressures or provocations.
