PM Shehbaz meets Saudi Crown Prince, reaffirms Pakistan’s steadfast support

Islamabad / Jeddah : Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman in Jeddah for a private discussion.

The leaders focused on the shifting dynamics in the region and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties while supporting initiatives that promote peace and stability.

The meeting was attended by Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, as well as Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Syed Asim Munir.

At the start of the meeting, PM Shehbaz extended warm greetings to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and expressed gratitude for Saudi Arabia’s consistent support for Pakistan.

The Prime Minister highlighted Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Kingdom during challenging times and underscored the deep, longstanding brotherly relationship between the two nations.

Both leaders exchanged in-depth views on recent regional developments and agreed to continue close coordination to foster peace and stability. PM Shehbaz assured the Saudi Crown Prince that Pakistan will remain a reliable partner in advancing their shared vision for long-term regional security.
