Islamabad : Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Ishaq Dar, recently spoke with Egypt’s Foreign Minister Badr Abdel-Aati over the phone to review the evolving situation in the Middle East and its impact on regional and global stability.
During the conversation, both leaders shared detailed perspectives on the political and security challenges currently affecting the region. They voiced concern over the rising tensions, noting that if left unchecked, the situation could threaten international peace and security.
Senator Dar highlighted the urgency of coordinated international action to de-escalate hostilities and foster stability. He stressed that lasting peace can only be achieved through dialogue, negotiation, and diplomatic engagement, warning that military measures alone cannot resolve conflicts sustainably.
