Islamabad : Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation on Tuesday with Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, during which they discussed evolving regional and international developments.
During the call, the Kuwaiti foreign minister appreciated Pakistan’s continued diplomatic engagement, particularly its role in facilitating communication between the United States and Iran. He lauded Islamabad’s efforts as a constructive contribution toward promoting peace and stability in the region.
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar reiterated Pakistan’s consistent position in support of diplomacy and constructive engagement, stressing that dialogue remains the most effective path toward lasting peace and stability in the region.
Both sides expressed hope that ongoing diplomatic efforts would yield positive outcomes and contribute to durable peace in the near future.
They also reaffirmed the long-standing brotherly relations between Pakistan and Kuwait and agreed to maintain close coordination and regular contact going forward.
