KARACHI: The sea breeze returned to Karachi last night, providing much-needed relief from several days of intense heat, the Met Office reported on Wednesday.
Despite the breeze, hot and humid conditions will continue to dominate the city’s weather, with temperatures currently at 33°C and expected to rise as high as 40°C.
Humidity levels remain high, making the heat feel even more severe for residents.
Southwestern winds are blowing at a moderate speed of 15 kilometers per hour, helping to ease the discomfort caused by the heat.
