Islamabad : Pakistan has vehemently condemned the recent Israeli airstrike carried out in Doha, Qatar’s capital, describing it as a blatant breach of international law, the United Nations Charter, and Qatar’s sovereignty.
The Foreign Office spokesperson stated that the attack represents a clear violation of the principles upheld by the United Nations and poses a serious threat to regional peace and stability. The spokesperson further criticized Israel’s ongoing policies, accusing it of deliberately fomenting unrest across the Middle East, which could have dangerous repercussions.
Reaffirming its principled stance, Pakistan expressed unwavering solidarity with Qatar, emphasizing support for the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. Pakistan condemned all forms of unprovoked aggression and pledged to stand alongside Qatar in opposition to such hostile acts.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also strongly denounced the Israeli operation in Doha, affirming that the government and people of Pakistan stand firmly with Qatar during this critical time. He urged the international community to take immediate notice of the incident and hold Israel accountable for its actions.
Expressing condolences to the Emir of Qatar, Prime Minister Sharif assured Pakistan’s continued support for the oppressed and committed to raising its voice against Israeli aggression on all global platforms.
The Foreign Office spokesperson called upon the global community to respond decisively to Israel’s actions and to take urgent measures to safeguard peace and security in the region.
