Islamabad : The Pakistan Army has intensified its offensive against the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khawarij under the ongoing Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq.
Security sources reported that a recent airstrike destroyed the Afghan Taliban’s Brigade Headquarters, 205 Corps, in Kandahar, along with key ammunition depots, dealing a severe blow to the group’s operational capabilities.
Officials added that the Taliban are sustaining heavy losses amid continued military pressure. In coordinated nighttime operations, the Pakistan Army targeted 41 positions of the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khawarij along the border regions of Chaman, Zhob, Qila Saifullah, and Nushki, using both light and heavy weaponry.
Preliminary reports indicate significant casualties and the destruction of insurgent resources. Authorities confirmed that Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq will continue until all designated targets are neutralized.
