Rawalpindi : Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf, and Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, on behalf of the Armed Forces of Pakistan, paid heartfelt tribute to the Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, on his birth anniversary.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the armed forces reiterated their unwavering commitment to Quaid-e-Azam’s vision of a strong, sovereign, democratic, and prosperous Pakistan, grounded in the principles of faith, unity, and discipline.
The statement emphasized that Quaid-e-Azam’s exemplary leadership, constitutionalism, and steadfast resolve continue to guide the nation and its Armed Forces in overcoming contemporary challenges.
The military leaders reaffirmed their resolve to safeguard Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, contributing fully to the country’s stability, peace, and development in line with the ideals and aspirations of Quaid-e-Azam.
On this occasion, the armed forces extended heartfelt Christmas greetings to the Christian community of Pakistan, acknowledging their significant contributions to the nation’s progress and reaffirming their commitment to Quaid-e-Azam’s vision of equal rights, religious freedom, and harmony for all citizens.
“Pakistan’s armed forces remain steadfast in their commitment to uphold the legacy of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and to serve the nation with honor, courage, and devotion,” the ISPR statement read.
In addition, the Inter-Services Public Relations released a new national song titled “Paigham-e-Quaid” to commemorate Quaid Day.
The anthem, inspired by the words and vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, revisits the sacrifices and historic struggles that paved the way for the creation of Pakistan.
Through its message, the song emphasizes the nation’s resilience, unity, and unwavering determination in confronting hostile challenges. It also pays an eloquent tribute to the extraordinary leadership and timeless legacy of the Founder of the Nation.
The release of the anthem serves as a reaffirmation of Quaid-e-Azam’s guiding ideals and presents a vision of a secure and honorable future for Pakistan, reflecting the deep love and respect the people have for the Father of the Nation.
