Wazirabad: Due to severe flooding in Wazirabad, many villages have been submerged, and floodwaters have entered various parts of the city, disrupting daily life.
Officials report that so far, 5,100 people and hundreds of livestock have been relocated to safe areas.
Pakistan Army personnel are actively participating in rescue missions and playing a key role in transporting residents to secure locations in the affected areas.
The administration has warned citizens to evacuate low-lying areas immediately and urged them to contact relevant authorities in case of any emergency. Relief camps have also been established in the affected regions.
