Multan : Chairman of the Association of Private Sector Universities of Pakistan (APSUP), Professor Dr. Chaudhry Abdul Rehman, has said that a leadership crisis exists across the globe, and the only solution lies in improving character at the individual level.
Speaking at a seminar, he emphasized that the foundation of leadership is character, and if every individual focuses on self-improvement, the broader leadership crisis can be resolved.
Dr. Rehman also praised the unique model of leadership present in Pakistan, noting that such an example is rarely seen even in Western countries. On this occasion, he paid tribute to renowned educationist Mian Aamir Mehmood for his services to the education sector, highlighting his contribution in establishing over 400 colleges and three universities across the country.
He further stressed that raising the standard of leadership requires working not only on personal character but also on collective reform.
