Bannu: In a successful intelligence-based operation (IB in Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, security forces have killed two terrorists affiliated with Fitna al-Khawarij.
According to security sources, the operation targeted the Tarik Kachhi group of Fitna al-Khawarij in the Maghl Kot sector.
The group’s leader, Tarik Kachhi, and his associate Hakimullah alias Tiger were among those killed. A significant quantity of weapons was also seized from the terrorists’ possession.
Sources revealed that the Tarik Kachhi group had been involved in terrorist activities and extortion on behalf of Fitna al-Khawarij Taliban for the past two years. Additionally, the group had been facilitating the infiltration of terrorists from Afghanistan into Pakistan.
This operation marks a crucial milestone in the security forces’ ongoing campaign against terrorism, contributing significantly to peace and stability in the region.
