Islamabad: Federal Minister for Information, Atta Tarar, has asserted that India remains actively involved in plotting against Pakistan. He revealed that Pakistan’s Coast Guard recently apprehended a sailor who had been spying for an Indian agency, and the individual shared his story on the international platform.
Tarar highlighted the role of Pakistan’s Foreign Service, noting that despite baseless terrorism accusations, Pakistan’s accomplishments have been recognized globally. He pointed out that, following the Pahalgam incident, Pakistan was swiftly blamed, yet the Prime Minister had offered to facilitate an independent investigation.
The Minister also praised the success of Pakistan’s military forces under the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, particularly commending the Air Force’s contributions, which he believes will go down in history as a significant achievement.
Furthermore, Tarar emphasized the importance of the Prime Minister’s recent visit to Saudi Arabia, where the launch of a new economic strategic framework is expected to drive foreign investment, strengthen ties with Central Asia, and boost trade through Pakistan’s ports.
