Karachi : The Sindh government has approved a significant policy shift aimed at boosting commercial activity and easing public convenience by completely removing time restrictions on business operations across the province.
The Services, General Administration and Coordination Department has formally issued a notification confirming the change.
Senior Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon stated that all commercial establishments including shops, markets, shopping malls, restaurants, hotels, food outlets, wedding venues, and marquees will now be free to operate according to their own chosen timings, without any imposed schedule limits.
He added that the provincial administration is focused on strengthening the economy, supporting business owners, and improving public facilitation.
Officials said the step has been taken to streamline business operations and enhance overall economic momentum in Sindh.
The decision has received a positive response from traders and business groups, who expect it to increase commercial activity and provide greater ease for consumers.
