ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s men’s cricket team is set to tour Bangladesh next month for a three-match T20I series, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) officially confirmed on Thursday.
The Green Shirts will land in Dhaka on July 16, ahead of the series opener scheduled for July 20.
The second match will be played on July 22, followed by the final T20I on July 24.
All matches will take place at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka, with the first ball slated for 6:00 PM local time.
Pakistan Eye Redemption in Bangladesh
The upcoming series provides Pakistan with a fresh opportunity to reassert their dominance, having recently whitewashed Bangladesh at the Gaddafi Stadium.
With a change in venue and local conditions, the contest is expected to be more competitive this time around.
Focus on T20 World Cup Prep
Both teams are expected to use the series as preparation for upcoming international T20 events, testing new combinations and giving chances to emerging players.
Fans in Dhaka are likely to pack the stands as the rivalry between the two sides continues to grow in intensity.
