Pakistan and Saudi Naval Chiefs Hold Strategic Talks on Regional Security and Defence Cooperation

Rawalpindi: Vice Admiral Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Ghuraybi, Chief of Naval Staff of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, paid an official visit to the Joint Staff Headquarters in Rawalpindi, where he met with General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, NI (M), Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), for high-level discussions.
The two military leaders engaged in in-depth discussions focusing on the shifting security landscape across the Middle East and South Asia, placing special emphasis on maritime security and collaborative efforts. General Mirza highlighted the deep-rooted fraternal ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and stressed the importance of further strengthening bilateral defence relations.
Upon arrival, a well-coordinated tri-services guard of honour was presented to the Saudi Naval Chief, highlighting the importance of the visit and the robust defense partnership between the two nations.
