Lahore : On the request of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), the court has extended the physical remand of renowned YouTuber Saad Ur Rehman, also known as “Ducky Bhai,” by an additional five days. He faces allegations of promoting illegal gambling mobile applications through his videos, and legal proceedings are underway.
According to the charge sheet, Ducky Bhai was initially arrested on a four-day physical remand, which expired recently. He was then presented before Judicial Magistrate Naeem Watto’s court. During the hearing, the NCCIA requested an extension of the remand to continue their investigation, which the court approved.
The court noted that additional evidence will be gathered during this extended period to ensure a thorough and comprehensive investigation.
Further hearings in this case are scheduled for next week, where more developments are expected.
