KARACHI: Pakistani television actor Inaya Khan has made headlines with a surprising revelation involving Afghanistan’s star cricketer Rashid Khan.
In a recent interview, Inaya disclosed that Rashid Khan had added her on Snapchat, initiated conversations, and even requested her photos. “He asked if I was an actor,” Inaya said, noting that Rashid mentioned her pictures gave away her showbiz background.
The actor added that the two were introduced via a mutual friend, and their conversations have since been ongoing. “He often checks in to ask about my health, my shoots, and even chats about cricket matches between Pakistan and India,” she said.
Interestingly, Inaya confirmed that Rashid Khan is still on her Snapchat friends list.
When asked about her ideal partner, the Dil-e-Gumshuda star shared that she’s drawn to men who are tall and calm-natured, suggesting a preference for mature, composed personalities.
It’s worth noting that Rashid Khan reportedly got married in October 2023 in a traditional Pashtun ceremony in Kabul.
The event was attended by several Afghan cricketers, including former captain Mohammad Nabi, and photos from the wedding had gone viral on social media at the time.
