ISLAMABAD: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has published the provincial merit list for the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme.
This announcement confirms the eligibility of students from Sindh, including those enrolled at Sindh Agriculture University (SAU), Tandojam.
To facilitate students, SAU has launched a dedicated online portal where candidates can check their selection status, waiting list placement, or ineligibility due to academic or administrative reasons.
How Students Can Check Their Status
The university has also displayed the merit list on official notice boards, its website, and social media channels through Student Focal Persons (SFPs).
Students who suspect any errors in their merit status are advised to contact their assigned focal persons immediately with the necessary documents.
The deadline to submit objections or corrections is July 4, 2025, making it crucial for students to act promptly.
Importance of Timely Verification
University officials emphasize the importance of early verification to ensure students do not miss out on the benefits of the scheme.
Verifying status on time allows students to resolve any issues and secure their inclusion in the laptop distribution program.
This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to supporting youth education and digital empowerment across Pakistan.
