District and Sessions Court Reissues Non-Bailable Arrest Warrants for Ali Amin Gandapur

Peshawar: The District and Sessions Court has once again issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in connection with a case related to the recovery of alcohol and illegal weapons.

The court has given strict instructions to the police to arrest the accused immediately and present him before the court.

These warrants were issued after Gandapur failed to appear in court despite being given a final warning by the judge.
The court further denied the defendant’s plea for exemption from personal appearance.

Proceedings have been adjourned to July 22.
