Google chrome introduces new “Split View” feature for users

California:  A new and useful feature called “Split View” has been introduced for Google Chrome users, which is especially helpful for those who use multiple websites and tabs at the same time.

The main highlight of the Split View feature is that instead of opening a link in a new tab, you can now directly open it in Split View. This means the number of open tabs in your Chrome browser will be reduced, and you can view two web pages side by side in a single window.

Using this feature is very easy. All you need to do is right-click on a link and select the “Split View” option instead of “Open in New Tab.” The link will then open in two separate views, allowing you to view both simultaneously.

Previously, you had to open two browser windows and arrange them together, but this new feature simplifies the process and makes it much quicker. You can also reverse the position of the two tabs (move them to the left or right) or adjust their size, making one larger and the other smaller.

If you wish to exit Split View, simply right-click on any of the tabs, go to the Split View option, and close either of the views.

Google says this feature will be particularly useful for people multitasking, such as viewing a document in one tab and attending a video call in another. It also allows users to take notes or compare different websites simultaneously.

The feature is now available to most Chrome users, and by using it, you can make your browsing experience more convenient and efficient.
