Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has decided to cancel all scheduled Basant events for tomorrow as a precautionary measure amid rising security challenges. This step aims to safeguard public safety and maintain peace.
In an official statement, Maryam Nawaz announced that the highly anticipated mega Basant celebration at Liberty Square will no longer take place. Furthermore, she has deferred all her appointments and public engagements planned for the day.
