‘The war began with you, it will end with Us’: Iran warns US and Israel

Tehran : In the wake of recent missile strikes carried out by the United States and Israel, Tehran has issued a forceful response, signaling a sharp escalation in rhetoric.

Iranian leaders declared that although the confrontation may have been initiated by Washington and Tel Aviv, its outcome would not be determined by them. The chairman of Iran’s Parliamentary National Security Committee strongly denounced the attacks, accusing both countries of “playing with fire” and cautioning that Tehran’s retaliation would exceed their expectations.

Reports from Iranian and international media indicate that key sites in Isfahan, Tabriz, Qom, and Karaj, along with areas around the capital, were struck during the operation.

Israeli officials have maintained that their targets were confined to government facilities and military installations. Witnesses reported columns of smoke rising from the outskirts of Tehran after the strikes, though no official casualty figures have yet been released.

Iranian authorities confirmed that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the country’s Air Force have been placed on maximum alert, with retaliatory plans reportedly finalized.

Security analysts warn that Iran’s pledge of an “extremely harsh response” could translate into extensive missile and drone attacks, potentially widening the conflict and impacting stability across the Middle East.
