Iranian attacks on Israel leave 13 dead, nearly 2,000 injured

Tel Aviv (Web Desk): Ongoing missile and drone strikes by Iran on Israel have claimed at least 13 lives and caused 1,929 injuries since last week, the Israeli Ministry of Health reported. The latest figures highlight the severe impact of the conflict on civilians across the country.

In the past 24 hours, 157 people were injured, with 112 still hospitalized and 9 in critical condition. Health authorities have raised concerns over the rising casualty count and the mounting pressure on medical facilities.

The ministry also warned the public to exercise caution when using bomb shelters, noting that some injuries occurred as people rushed to seek protection. Officials stressed that, despite precautionary measures, civilians remain at serious risk.

Analysts say the attacks reflect escalating regional tensions and an increasing danger to non-combatants, with the ongoing violence threatening public safety, emergency response capacity, and national security.

Authorities continue to urge residents to remain alert, follow official safety instructions, and stay updated through verified channels as the situation develops.
