Tehran : Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi held a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Tehran, with discussions centred on the rapidly changing regional situation and ongoing diplomatic contacts between Iran and the United States.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the latest progress in Iran-US diplomatic engagement and exchanged views on efforts to ease tensions between Tehran and Washington.
They underscored the need to address regional disputes through diplomacy, stressing that dialogue and peaceful engagement remain vital to achieving sustainable peace and stability in the region.
Naqvi and Araghchi also discussed matters of mutual interest and shared their perspectives on recent regional developments, highlighting the importance of continued diplomatic coordination amid the evolving situation.
