Iran’s revolutionary guards say attack in Dubai killed 160 US troops

Tehran : The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has claimed responsibility for strikes targeting US military personnel in Dubai, asserting that approximately 100 American soldiers were killed.

Iranian officials stated the attacks were carried out in retaliation for what they described as prior US and Israeli operations against Iran.

According to the IRGC, multiple drone strikes were launched against US forces stationed in Kuwait, alongside missile and drone attacks on a US base in Bahrain. Iranian authorities also alleged that a US refueling vessel in the Arabian Sea, roughly 650 kilometers away, was struck by missiles.

The IRGC said the operation involved a coordinated assault using 230 attack drones, signaling a major combat engagement by Iranian forces. Officials further claimed that critical Israeli command centers were targeted during the offensive.

These claims have not been independently verified, but the reports add to mounting tensions in the region amid ongoing Middle Eastern hostilities.
