Reham Khan Launches Pakistan Republic Party, Promises Systemic Political Reform

Karachi: In a bold political move, Reham Khan—journalist and former spouse of former Prime Minister Imran Khan—has officially announced the formation of her own political party named the Pakistan Republic Party. Speaking at Karachi Press Club, Reham outlined her vision to create a political platform that represents the marginalized voices of the public and challenges the entrenched ruling elite.

Addressing a critical political landscape dominated by a handful of powerful families, Reham criticized traditional parties for prioritizing power games over the genuine needs of citizens. “This is not just about changing faces; it’s about changing the entire political framework,” she asserted.

She stressed that farmers, workers, women, and youth have long been sidelined and left without meaningful representation. The Pakistan Republic Party pledges to uphold values of transparency, merit-based leadership, and inclusivity, aiming to bring the common citizen directly into the heart of political decision-making.
