Beijing: Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Nishan-e-Imtiaz (Military), paid an official visit to the headquarters of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in China, where he was given a warm welcome and presented with a guard of honour.
During the visit, Field Marshal Asim Munir held a meeting with General Chen Hui, the Political Commissar of the PLA. The two military leaders held detailed discussions on bilateral defence cooperation and regional security dynamics.
The visit marks a significant step in strengthening military and strategic ties between Pakistan and China.
