ISLAMABAD: Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Leader of the Islamic Revolution, declared that Israel has sealed a “bitter and painful” destiny for itself following overnight Israeli strikes on Tehran and other Iranian cities.
In a message to the Iranian nation on Friday morning, Khamenei condemned the attacks as a “crime” and an act of aggression against residential areas, emphasizing the brutality of the Zionist regime.
He warned that Israel should expect a severe and immediate response from Iran’s Armed Forces, stating that the perpetrators will face consequences.
Assassinations of Key Figures and Continuing Resolve
Khamenei confirmed that several high-ranking commanders and nuclear scientists were killed in the strikes but assured that their successors will continue their work without delay.
“The powerful hand of the Islamic Republic Armed Forces will not let go of Israel,” he said, stressing Iran’s determination to respond firmly to the attack.
