Saudi, Turkish, and Egyptian FMs to visit Islamabad for regional talks: FO

Islamabad (Web Desk): The Foreign Ministers of Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Egypt are set to arrive in Islamabad on March 29 for a two-day official visit.

According to a statement released by the Foreign Office on Saturday, the visit comes at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar. The visiting dignitaries include Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, and Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty.

During their stay, the foreign ministers are expected to engage in detailed discussions on a wide array of issues, including strategies to ease regional tensions. They will also meet with the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

The Foreign Office emphasized Pakistan’s strong and valued ties with its brotherly nations—Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Egypt—and said the visit offers an important opportunity to further enhance cooperation and coordination in areas of shared interest.
