13 terrorists killed in Balochistan during ongoing Operation Al-Azm

Quetta: Security forces have killed 13 terrorists in Balochistan as part of the ongoing intelligence-based Operation Al-Azm, authorities said on Saturday.

According to Radio Pakistan, the death toll of militants eliminated during the operation has risen to 13, while multiple hideouts linked to Fitna-al Hindustan have also been destroyed.

The intelligence-led operations are being conducted under the recently launched Operation Shaban and Operation Al-Azm, which were initiated following the terrorist attack on the Mangi Dam Police Station. Officials said security forces are continuing operations across different parts of the province.

Security sources said troops achieved another significant success in the Khad Kocha area of Mastung, where militants associated with Fitna-al Hindustan suffered additional casualties during a carefully planned operation.

The sources added that several militants were also injured during the operation, although the exact number was not disclosed.

During the operation, security forces recovered a cache of weapons, ammunition and equipment used for manufacturing improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

Authorities reiterated their commitment to continuing the campaign until all terrorist elements operating in Balochistan are eliminated and lasting peace is restored across the province.
